I love living here. I have made lifelong friends and the sense of community is very strong. Abbey our manager is kind and attentive and takes the time to listen. Our maintenance guy Andy is a precious gift that I treasure!!!!

Life at Wasatch Point is a wonderful adventure! This “ 55 and older ACTIVE community “ offers so much more than just an apartment! The indoor halls offer an opportunity to meet and interact with your neighbors- who quickly become very dear friends! The spacious, attractive, Activity Center- complete with a large kitchen- fireplace - and many other amenity’s- offer unlimited opportunity’s for fellowship and entertainment! During the summer months our lovely pool and hot top area - complete with grill and tables gives us a spacious party area to enjoy the sun and grow our friendships! Wasatch Point is NOT just an apartment complex- it’s a wonderful extended FAMILY home! With welcoming friends that quickly embrace newcomers and extend good will! To make our home even better, our manager ( Abbie) is available to assist residents in every way possible! And to make life even better - we have the greatest maintenance man ,( Andy) who does his best to keep everything in top condition, and helps us all in so many ways! Always with a loving smile and giving heart! There is always an activity or friend right around the corner! We are only minutes away from multiple shopping areas, wonderful medical facilities, and a variety of churches! Not to mention the amazing views- with mountains all around! Also a pet friendly environment with fenced dog yards just a short distance from your door! We even have a gym room with almost everything a person could need! Here at Wasatch point we are “Living our best life’s!”

I have been living here for one year and I am so impressed with this apartment complex. Especially from being out of state and not knowing anyone, I have found that the people in this facility to be welcoming and like family. The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. The grounds are clean and well kept up. It’s peaceful and quiet. Wasatch is the perfect place to live!

Not sure if this going anywhere!! But love it here !! Love having younger kids here so friendly!! Andy is the best ❤️Love having garbage taken out !!! It must be a requirement to be nice before moving in !!!

We have loved it at Wasatch Pointe. Good people and great building complete with elevators. Couldn’t ask for better housing in Cache Valley for us.

I have been living in my apartment here at Wasatch Pointe for almost two years, and love it! The rent and utilities for my roomy two bedroom apartment is reasonable, and it is quiet and comfortable. I work graveyard shift, and sleep days, and have rarely been disturbed from a good sleep. My neighbors are friendly, and the social life here at Wasatch Pointe is above par! I would recommend Wasatch Pointe apartments to anyone seeking a good place to live in the long term!

Abbey & Andy have been so kind & helpful. They took me on a tour of the complex & provided me with important information. They made sure everything was in order before I moved in & were even so kind as to help me unload my car & bring my belongings up to my Apt.

I moved my mother here 8 years ago. We couldn't ask for a better place! Management has been great ! Maintance is always great . Residents have fun together ! Close to everything.

I absolutely love Wasatch Pointe. The manager is fantastic and the maintenence guy is top shelf.
