Ever since Kylie and Austin have managed and maintained the property Wasatch Pointe is an extra awesome place to live. I look forward to renewing My.lease and to live here the rest of My life.The sidewalks and parking area are nicely shoveled and plowed making it very safe during the winter months The staff is very courteous compassionate caring and kind. If You can't drive it like to walk and ride the Cache Valley Transit which is Free yes Free. You've moved to the right place Walmart is just across the street from the next corner. The Hospitals are less than one mile away. The mountain views are spectacular. What more can I cay but I'm giving You 100 plus gold 🤩 🤩 🤩 🤩 🤩 🤩 🤩🤩. Please keep up the awesome job 👍👍👍. This is hands down one of the best places to live. To say nothing of the amenities (that are super awesome by the way), the staff is super kind, helpful, and prompt - especially with maintenance requests. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the valley.

I’ve lived at Wasatch Pointe for 2 years and have enjoyed the experience. Any repairs are handled promptly—management and maintenance are caring and friendly.

I found Wasatch Pointe about 8 years ago while looking for an apartment for my Mother. Her patio looks out over a beautiful courtyard ! She loves the indoor hallways which allows the residents to easily visit with one another. The atmosphere of the residents is amazing. Neighbors quickly become friend then "family" Our Manager Abby is a great help and Andy our maintance is always there for us. Actvity center is a great place where we gather to play games, chat or various groups can meet. We have everything we need right here.
